back from the dead!

We're doing the freshARTproject event now and it's driving me positively insane. And worse of all, thanks to Ms Low-Blow-Slow, the words 'boomz' is haunting me. I mean, I actually feel sorry for the girl - she's getting blows from left, right and centre. I mean it's not her fault that although Singapore is home to a large pool of beauties who can actually speak proper English, the organizers when straight for her. She's not bad or anything; and let's admit that it takes alot of balls to get up there in front of so many people and strut your stuff. But somewhere along the development of the beauty pageants in Singapore, balls became the focus instead of brains or, even, beauty. I mean, who are the organizers and judges whose actions caused one Ris Low to be the momentary sacrificial goat. sigh.. I digressed. where was I?

Oh yeah, freshARTproject - Flea & Artist Call! event.. whoohoo.. it's gona be huge!! I can feel it in ma tingly Indian bones. We've already some interested sponsors so it's gona be awesome.

In other news, oktoberfest is apparently in town but there's no hype what so ever about it. Unless they ostracized me from the beer-drinking community (which is so just damn mean!), I have not heard of anything big and fancy happening during this jolly month of drunken october. OR maybe people already know about these event and so they don't really need to spend the moolah on high end advertising to reach out to the inner drunks in us. ALCOHOLICS HEAD TO PAUL LANER!

and and and... there's Singapore Reggae Festival coming to town on the 28th November 2009. Partayyy.. I am actually thinking what my look is gona be.. RASTA maan!
